For the serious fisherman or hunter as well as the familyWe've been told that the best description of our resort is "Quiet Beauty". Ours is indeed a smaller resort where you'll be met and served by the owners and that personal touch will be evident throughout your stay. Our cabins and grounds are clean and well-kept. The entire camp sits on the finest and largest natural sand beach in the area and the location is in the midst of prime fishing and hunting areas. It's the perfect spot "for the serious fisherman or hunter as well as the family." This resort has been in our family since 1959 and many good memories and friendships have been made. The Sioux Narrows area of Lake of the Woodsis totally unlike the majority of the lake since this area consists of several smaller bays connected by narrow channels and is the deep water part of the lake. Here the water is clear and on a map the area appears much like a chain of lakes. Due to it's long, narrow shape, Long Bay is truly unique since it is very easy to navigate and also protected from wind. Our resort is conveniently situated a short distance off the main highway at the east end of Long Bay and is nestled in secluded surroundings which gives one the feeling of a wilderness out-camp, but without total isolation. Long Bay extends 14 miles inland from camp and the only access to this part of the lake is by boat. Miles of undeveloped shore and untamed nature await as there's virtually nothing manmade in this interior area... simply overwhelming! |

For excellent fishing and huntingone need not travel far from camp and exploring one of dozens of smaller inlets along Long Bay can be a rewarding experience --- especially when that private "hot spot" is found. But the rewards can also come in many forms... a picnic shore-lunch, the discovery of a bountiful patch of wild berries, a refreshing swim in a private place, finding that unique piece of driftwood or precious stone or escaping into the past by locating one of the many Indian rock pictographs from centuries ago. Then too, we always remind our guests to keep their eyes open and cameras ready for those numerous encounters with nature, as this is an area abundant with the Bald Eagle, Osprey, Loon, Pelican, Heron, beaver, Otter and Mink, just to name a few. With a little luck one may even see a Moose, Deer or Bear walking the shore or taking a swim. |

HuntingInterested in deer, bear, ducks, or grouse? You've come to the right place! You'll be able to hunt Mallards, Blue Bills, Teal, Redheads, and Wood Ducks. Grouse are abundant! Whitetail Deer and Black Bear thrive in the forest with many large trophies taken each year. We have exclusive bear hunting rights to a vast area and we offer a complete package Bear Hunt, which is pre-baited before your arrival. We have set one week aside especially for this hunt and take a limited number of hunters to insure a high success rate. If interested please request our extra Bear Hunt information. To avoid taking a safety test for your Ontario hunting license, bring a previous license from your home state. |

For the FamilyWe have the largest and finest natural sand beach in the area which guarantees unobstructed, safe swimming and skiing to our guests. With no rocks, weeds or drop-offs, our beach is even safe for toddlers. During Summer months, we enjoy a large share of family business and for those less serious about fishing there is plenty to see and do. At camp there is a paddle boat, canoe, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, dock fishing and hiking... and of course, everyone looks forward to an evening bonfire or cookout. |

Modern Housekeeping CabinsOur cabins are clean and comfortable and all enjoy a beautiful picture window view of the lake with western exposure... for those breathtaking Canadian sunsets. They are fully equipped with electric refrigerators, stoves, cooking utensils, dishes, bed linens, blankets, etc... just bring towels. All cabins are heated and have fireplaces, modern bathrooms with showers, separate bedrooms, and inner-spring mattresses. Extra cots are also available. |

Camp Services & EquipmentWe have sturdy 14 and 16 foot LUND fishing boats for your selection and our outboard motors are carefully maintained to give you the utmost in reliability and performance. There is a screened-in fish cleaning facility for your convenience or, for a small charge, we will expertly fillet, package, and freeze your catch for you. Live bait, gas and ice are available at camp and electrical outlets for battery charging are located at the main dock. |

American Plan "Complete Package"In addition to meals and lodging, this plan also includes a guide every day and is geared towards serious fishing/hunting groups that prefer not to cook, run a motor or even look at a map. Exceptional home-cooked meals are served at LEBRON'S LONG BAY CAMP. Breakfast is a sportsman's treat and lunch is that famous Canadian "Shore Lunch" on the lake with the guide. Dinners are superb. |

ReservationsWe invite you to visit us at your pleasure. An early reservation assures your preference. To assure availability of cabins or dates, a phone reservation is recommended. We will hold your reservation for 10 days pending receipt of your deposit. Deposits are refundable on 90 days written notice, but may be refunded on shorter notice if vacancy is refilled. Refunds will be less a 20 % service charge to cover costs. |
